What is the difference between counseling and life coaching?

While mental health counseling focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, life coaching is geared toward helping clients identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. By providing guidance, support, and accountability, life coaching empowers clients to make positive changes and live their best lives.
