Adolescence is a time of growth, but it can also come with unique emotional and psychological challenges. Teens often face pressures related to academics, family dynamics, friendships, self-esteem, and mental health concerns like anxiety and depression.
Through therapy, adolescents can improve emotional regulation, boost self-confidence, strengthen communication skills, succeed academically, receive mental health support, and heal from past trauma.
I also work with parents to improve communication and strengthen their relationship with their child, helping them to provide the best support and guidance during this important phase of life.
